Tailored Solutions has enhanced the e-mail capability of Label Traxx print business management software for flexo narrow web label printers and converters. The company says that the new version allows printers to create a message and e-mail customers and sales personnel directly from within a job ticket, eliminating the process of closing out one application and opening another. A permanent record of the e-mail is created in Label Traxx for future reference.
